No, it doesn’t limit freedom of speech, because “freedom” of limiting
someone else freedom isn’t a freedom, but a power, a priviledge. So
actually contributing to a climate that excludes
oppressed/underrepresented minorities isn’t freedom but power, so doing
such harassment isn’t part of “freedom of speech”, it’s not freedom,
it’s a priviledge.
