    Hello.  The meeting date is getting close, and I'd like to make
    reservations.  Where are you people staying?  If the usual friends (or
    someone else) want to share a room, please tell me.
    
    I'll arrive on Friday afternoon, or Saturday morning; probably Friday.
    Haven't decided yet.
