Dick van Oudheusden, the author of Forth Foundation Library, has
informed me he has fixed the problem:

After checking the documentation I saw that the gforth team fixed the
problem with the argument parsing. As I noticed it is also working for
the 64-bit platforms.
As a result I removed the '0 argc !' statement and the checks for 32bit
forth.
I committed the changes to subversion and attached the config.fs file
for gforth.
