Initial Comment:
Lets say some people are reading the feature-requests. 
Its nice to have a voting-feature to vote for this ID 
so that you can order the feature-requests by the 
number of votings.

how to implement (idea):
store the complete number of votes somewhere 
(perforamance) and store the votes itself somewhere 
else to calculate them after voting.
