Summary: Broken/Missing Themes

Initial Comment:
The missing themes Classic and Ultralite severely
breaks gforge to the point that php complains it cant
find Theme.class for any gforge user who uses those
themes. The only way of getting back from that is to
symlink the associated dirs to a real theme. Please
remove those missing theme names so future users do not
have this problem.
