Log:
The method sizes() of object nonlinear_elem_term take now as parameter the 
convex number. This allows nonlinear terms to have variable sizes (usefull for 
Nitche's method implementation). CAUTION : each nonlinear_elem_term has to be 
corrected adding a size_type as parameter in method sizes() which becomes 
sizes(size_type) (done in the core of Getfem and in contrib directory).
