* src/getfem_mesh_fem_global_function.cc,
  src/getfem/getfem_mesh_fem_global_function.h:
  - added: "struct add_of_xy_functions"
  - some minor changes.

* src/getfem/getfem_export.h,
  src/getfem_export.cc:
  - bug fix: problems when exporting a mesh (or mesh_fem)
    to which an element was removed.

* src/Makefile.am:
  - back to revision 3204 (remove @MUPARSER_LIBS@)

* src/getfem/getfem_interpolation.h,
  src/getfem/getfem_linearized_plates.h:
    - only changed the file properties
      (now they are not executable files)
