When I open file popup menu on non-executable file, "Execute" is not shown in
the menu - that's OK.
When after this I open file popup menu on executable file, "Execute" is not
shown in the menu - that's not OK.
When I open file popup menu on executable file again, now "Execute" is shown in
the menu.
I tried it on version 1.10.3 and on master branch in git.
Related question: Before version 1.10.3, "Execute" was shown above menu
separator (together with "Open"). Since version 1.10.3, "Execute" is shown
below menu separator - is this intentional or a bug? (I think that showing it
above menu separator makes more sense.)
