[gcmd-dev] [NEW] GUI for keyboard shortcuts management, rev. 1657

Hi folks,

Just added new dlg for editing key shortcuts (accessible via Settings|
Keyboard shortcut... menu or via user action 'options.shortcuts'). It's
not fully operational yet:

        * user actions can't be edited - I do plan to use combo here for
        editing
        * shortcuts are interpreted too much by gtk libs (eg. keys 5 and
        kp.5 are the same)
        * the first column is for testing only and will be gone in the
        future
        * dlg operates on copy of settings and DO NOT save them back to
        the cfg file - so it's safe to play with it
