[gcmd-dev] [NEW] exiv2: replacement for libexif and iptcdata libraries

Hi folks,

Yet another replacement for currently used libraries -libexif and
iptcdata - with exiv2. The change reduces the number of dependencies and
adds support for Exif maker notes (zillions new tags for Nikon, Olympus,
Canon, Panasonic, Minolta, ...) as well, what was not available before.
All metatags are handled now in unified way and are visible in file
property dialog.

As usual refreshing (re-checkout) sources is likely to be necessary.
