Micha,

Could you please prepare the list of questions about SMB configuration
helpful for diagnosing the problem?

in console with -d=ms

No, please do not test this problem with 1-3. DEVEL branch is intended
for testing, and I can't guarantee that this is identical to HEAD one.
There might be (and there are) some odd quirks caused by moving code
back and forth between HEAD <-> DEVEL.
