[gcmd-dev] renamer tool the second

Hi GC-Devs,

in my last eMail i wrote about a abillity to change
the case from a filename and extension.
I have attached a screenshot of the renamer tool of
servant salamander (www.altap.cz). On this shot
you can see who it should work.

I'll hope, this shot shows exatlier what i mean.
