[Gchempaint-main] GCHemPaint 0.4.12 released

Hi,

This is a minor update release. It fixes various build issues, use icons
correctly and updates the desktop file. GChemPaint now appears in the
Misc menu.
Hopefully, this should be the last 0.4.x release (unless a new issue is
found, of course).
