[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.3.4 released

Hi,

A new release of GChemPaint is available for download.

New features:
* Partial implementation of copy/cut/paste
* Text tool now supports fonts
* Better use of OpenBabel which is now a requirement

New and updated translations: zh_CN, it, pl

This version requires openbabel-1.100.1. Proper installation of
openbabel need to make a manual copy of the src/math/*.h to
$INCLUDEDIR/openbabel/math (bug #761644).

The GChemPaint 0.3.x versions are development versions and many things
don't work as they should.
