Galois 0.8 released

Hello world,

Version 0.8 of Galois has been released and is available for download
at https://www.nongnu.org/galois/

Galois 0.8 features the following improvements on the previous release:
- removed application menu (deprecated by Gnome)
- added MetaInfo file
- updated documentation

Galois is a computer game of the "falling blocks" type, but with
unique features. Unlike most other games of that type, it is not
limited to blocks made of four two-dimensional, square bricks: you can
choose among several different brick shapes, blocks composed of more
or fewer bricks, and even between two- and three-dimensional games.

Galois is free software, released under the terms of the GNU General
Public License, version 3 or later. This essentially means that you
can use. modify and redistribute it without restrictions, except that
you are required to pass along the same freedom to everybody to whom
you redistribute it.

Galois is hosted at Savannah (https://savannah.nongnu.org/), the
software forge for people committed to free software.
