In response to the Microsoft sponsored 'Software Choice' campagn - see the
story at 'The Register' http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/4/26616.html
Bruce Perens has put together a site called

What is at stake is the princpal that governments should not be forcing their
citizens into using proprietary software just because they choose to/have
been bribed to/ do so.
Microsoft is obviously dead scared of movements to do the 'common sense' thing
of running government with relaiable and self maintainable 'Open Source'
software. This should make sense to all governments but is particularly
relivant to countries like Peru that dont have billions of dollars to spare
for donations to BillG!
