[Fsfe-uk] Standing Orders

Hi all,

I'm just doing the next revision of the Constitution for the UA, including
previous comments, and will upload it soon.  Until then, I'd appreciate
opinions on filling in the blanks in http://mjr.towers.org.uk/affs-so.html
which are the specimen standing orders.  Formatting is currently broken, but
the blanks are in []s.

My current thinking is that the postal part could be replaced by an email
exchange with a signed acknowledgement.  How to phrase it, though?
