Well, I deduced this from his very first e-mail to me; I suggested to
split the outline's Bézier curves until the necessary precision has
been reached. I've also given a link to a good resource which even
contains (JavaScript) source code to solve this issue. Then he gets
points `along an outline'.
But either he hasn't understood me (probably a language problem), or
he isn't able to clearly say what he really wants to achieve.
