Give me a freely available font specification for MicroType, without
patent restrictions, and I will have a look.  Otherwise, the answer is
a simple `no'.

If you want compressed fonts I suggest that you have a look at the
WOFF format developed by the Firefox people:

  http://people.mozilla.com/~jkew/woff/woff-spec-latest.html

This format seems to have a chance to be supported by many parties.
