[ft] Access Violation Exception

Hi,

I'm getting a System.AccessViolationException when calling FT_Init_Freetype() 
via a wrapper method in a .NET assembly. It depends somehow on the MS 
compiler/linker flags I use, e.g. no exception is generated in Debug mode.

Has anyone experienced the same?

I'm using VS2008 and a build of Freetype from 
http://www.gtk.org/download-windows.html. I've also reproduced the bug with the 
latest build from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/freetype.htm.

The same exception is raised in Debug mode if I set the CharacterSet to 
something but Unicode.
