[ft] configure options for embedded devices

Hey,

I have made a port for Windows CE devices with the cegcc framework, but 
the freetype dll is quite big (even after stripping). I plan to update it 
to the latest version of freetype.

So I would like if there are some option to pass to configure or to the 
preprocessor so that freetype is more embedded-friendly
