[ft] Another PS Hinter problem

Hi,

 

In attached font, in 300 DPI and 10pt size you can see, that “small s” and “small o” looks bigger then characters around, also “small r” looks distorted. On 9pt and 13pt everything is ok again.

This time I don’t have even clue where problem could be.

 

Definitely we didn’t saw any regressions in last PS Hinter fix.
