These are actually truetype formats.
They are fixed point numbers 
  16.16 means that the binary point should be shifted by 16 bits right
(so to get a double you would do: <number>/65536.0)
  26.6 means the binary point should be shifted 6 bits right (so to get
a double <number>/64.0)
