The above function is used regardless whether you activate the
bytecode interpreter or not.  libkfontinst simply needs an older
version of FreeType -- we no longer have FTC_SBit_Cache_Lookup since
it has been renamed to FTC_SBitCache_Lookup due to a changed
interface.

Don't complain!  The cache code has been marked as `experimental' in
earlier versions.

Either try an older FreeType version (2.1.7 or earlier, I think) or
ask the KDE people how to proceed.  I assume that a newer version of
libkfontinst already exists.
