[Freetype] How to render the glyphs with the different color outline?

Hi All,

I am a newbie to freetype2 and truetype.
I try to do is rendering the glyphs with the different color outline,
just like the karaoke lyrics showed on TV.
Can any body tell me how to do it with the freetype2 library, or any sample code can be referred?
Any hints wii be very appreciated.
