Hi,
        I want to do the sample program for displaying the text(I am
using Linux system) using bdf file system in free type. Cn u please send
the sample program if u have. Otherwise could u please tell me what are
all the procedure I need to follow for writing the program.

Hi,

Take a look at the function FT_Outline_Get_BBox in src/base/ftbbox.c
This explains how to set up the function pointers and third argument.
