Did you set the `--prefix` option when running `meson setup`?
Your build system is include /local/ in some paths, which is incorrect
for Debian-based systems.
>From the fourth line of your log:
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpng16.so --> incorrect
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librsvg-2.so --> correct
