Hi,

I have added Brotli as a dependency with commit
8e05ab3e2ebf9d90b6015cb2aa7e789517b293e6. This works on my setup after
installing Brotli and running `sh autogen.sh', `./configure' in the
freetype2 directory. I'm also now able to include `brotli/decode.h' in
`sfwoff2.c'. Is there anything else that needs to be done for the
dependency (like writing similar checks for CMake)?
