As subject. The new "--tag=RC" is not understood by libtool - the unix version,
or the older version, or something, and broke cross compilation. Removing that
change in unix-cc.in fixes the problem.
In addition, there is now a pile of warnings about FT_EXPORT being redefined
within the few lines in ftconfig.h around line 500.
