[ft-devel] FellaParts.ttf (non-GX)'s usage of GETVARIATION

While just throwing random fonts from the web at the old FontVal binary,
I found another font which "possibly" uses GETVARIATION . I wrote "possibly"
because the rest of the hinting instructions around that looks like garbage...

Here is that part of the hexdump (from "ttx -i" - ttx plain says a lot of 
unknown instructions, no point looking at that...)
