 configure: error: Package requirements (bzip2) were not met:

 No package 'bzip2' found

 Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
 installed software in a non-standard prefix.

The bzip2 package doesn't have a `pkg-config' configuration file
on my system.
