[ft-devel] better parsing of numbers in CFF and PS formats

Folks,


I've improved the number parser for PS font formats and CFF so that
value overflow and underflow are accepted, where overflow gets
represented with the largest valid number (and underflow with 0).

Please run your test suites with the current FreeType git repository
to check whether this causes unexpected behaviour.
