[ft-devel] stack underflow and Dwnoutsh.ttf

I've just improved the TrueType bytecode interpreter to better handle
stack underflow.  It will now only exit with an error if pedantic
hinting is active.

Among other problems, this should fix the long-standing bug that the
Arabic Diwani font Dwnoutsh.ttf (from Microsoft's Arabic font bundle)
doesn't display glyphs if hinting is active.

Please test and report any problems.
