[ft-devel] PCF format documentation

I noticed that in the FreeType 2.3.9 formats.txt you mention the lack
of a specification for the X11 PCF font format.   While it's not easy
to find, another document containing a spec is the long out-of-print
book:

Appendix D on pgs. 436-450 documents the format as it stood then,
though I believe this was also created by working backwards from
the X Consortium sources at the time.
