[ft-devel] freetype and hw acceleration

Hi all,

 

Freetype is the most used font engine by embedded systems, and as you may know there is always a concern about library  performance on these systems (low CPU Freq and low memoy), So my question is:

 

if I have an embedded system equipped with a hw device doing drawing, blitting and may be streching how can freetype benifit from that?

and if yes  where to modify ?
