I did this. FreeType now recognizes bit 9 of the `fsSelection' field
in the `OS/2' table and sets FT_STYLE_FLAG_ITALIC accordingly. I've
also prepared support for `name' IDs 21 (WWS family) and 22 (WWS
subfamily) which is currently commented out since the whitepaper
indicates that MS hasn't implemented it yet.
