[ft-devel] Unexpected Scaling

Hi Werner,
I've found an interesting thing - unexpected scaling for some
Type1(CID) (CFF) fonts. I use ftview for my investigation. I compare
font, which was unexpected scaling, (Times family) and standard Times
Type1 font (see UnexpScale.png) at 16 point. And see approx. 2 times
enlargement. Bad font I've attached too.
