I would find it useful if freetype-config could print out the freetype
version number (2.1.9) as well as the library version number.

I told someone that he needed at least version 2.1.3 of the library and
he shot back that he had 9.4.3.

This might be an inappropriate use of freetype-config, but the attached
patch does what I need.
