[Devel] OpenVMS support broken in CVS

Hi all,

In todays CVS the support for OpenVMS is broken. I made some patches to fix
it. They can be found on my web-page:

Summary of the main problems which were fixed:
   1) freetype2/src/base/ftbbox.c is not included (need i.e. by ImageMagick)
   2) .olb files in vmslib.dat are not handled properly
   3) freetype/src/otvalid/*.c is not included
   4) in ft2demos it is assumed that ft2demos is a sub directory of freetype2.
      Since they are separate packages and also when getting them with
                cvs co .
      they are not in the same directory, it is IMHO better to assume they
      share the same parent directory.
