[Devel] italic font rendering clipped

Hi,

I am using freetype 2.1.9 and I am observing that some of the
characters in the italic font renditions are "clipped" at the right
upper corner. I have attached a screenshot that shows this. It is
particularly noticeable with lower-case d and m characters.

Any idea what could be wrong?
