Hello,

I am new to this group, I was wondering if the freetype development team
could address this issues.

Some type 1 fonts contain additional or redundant 'closepath' operators,
such as a closepath on the 'space' glyph.  Freetype errors out on this
condition, causing the renderer to skip loading essential glyph
information, such as glyph width.  Would it be possible to allow
freetype to continue on such non-fatal errors, or possibly have a switch
on how the renderer can proceed?  I can supply an example font if
needed..
