[Devel] Spam on the list

I'm a newcomer to this list, so pardon if this has been covered... but I get
it in daily digest form, and it seems that 2/3 of the digests are just spam
with some sort of file enclosure, which gets converted to a giant binhex
section inlined.

I guess we can't categorize all messages-with-enclosures as "spam", but
would it be possible to have enclosures omitted from the digest?
