[Devel] FreeType Glyph Stroker now OFFICIALLY supported

Hello,

Just to inform you that the FreeType Glyph Stroker is now
an official part of the FreeType 2 library. Consider that its
API is now stable, and that upcoming bugs will be fixed without
breaking anything to client apps.

I'll also remind you that the cache sub-system is still in
beta, which means that you SHOULD NOT USE IT IN PRODUCTION
SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS (unless you statically link against
the library). Experimentation results, bug reports and other
suggestions are still welcome though...
