I've fixed this now in the CVS. The BDF driver reported one glyph
less. It now also uses the DEFAULT_CHAR property to set the undefined
glyph. If the DEFAULT_CHAR property is missing, FreeType uses the
first glyph in the font instead as the undefined glyph.
