[Devel] ftview grmac.c update for Carbon

Hi, all,

When I first started working with freetype, I got the ftview 
application running on MacOS X by updating the OS calls in grmac.c from 
the MacOS 8 APIs to Carbon (MacOS 8/9 & MacOS X compatible), and also 
got it to support gr_pixel_mode_rgb24 by using a slightly lazy but 
legal hack.

I still find the ftview application useful for examples of working 
access to the freetype library, so if anyone is interested in the 
changes, I have attached a patch file.
