[Devel] ZIP file of patches for Symbian OS

I enclose a zip file containing all the files I have changed as a result of
my experiences compiling FreeType 2.1.5 for the Symbian OS.

Note that this is NOT a full solution; I also had to create a new file
called ftgzip_with_included_files.c, the same as ftgzip.c but with the
formerly #included files actually included, for the Symbian OS build process
to work.
