[Devel] correction to my fix for writable globals

In my message of 15th Oct about removing writable global variables, I said:

4. In winfnt.c, change

    (FT_CMap_DoneFunc)     NULL,
    (FT_CMap_CharIndexFunc)fnt_cmap_char_index,
    (FT_CMap_CharNextFunc) fnt_cmap_char_next
  };


which is not actually a change at all. The changed code actually should add
two const specifiers:

    (FT_CMap_DoneFunc)     NULL,
    (FT_CMap_CharIndexFunc)fnt_cmap_char_index,
    (FT_CMap_CharNextFunc) fnt_cmap_char_next
  };

  static FT_CMap_Class const  fnt_cmap_class = &fnt_cmap_class_rec;
