[Devel] Comments in PS fonts

The PS font parser code doesn't seem to ignore commented out lines when
parsing dictionaries. I found this out when noticing that a font I had
hand edited was picking up my commented out /FontBBox directive instead
of the uncommented one it should have.

Looking at the code, is t1load.c:parse_dict the right place to fix this
for Type1 fonts?
