The OpenType docs are rather different on this format (but claim
that windows doesn't support it). If anyone has an old windows
truetype file with format 2 'kern' sub-tables, I'd be interested in
that too.
Apple Chancery has a type 2 kern table and is part of OS 9.x
The classic tool "DumpKern" from our web site fonts.apple.com will
give you a format 2 dump - see below
The OT 'kern' table definition is the format 0 which is still used by
MS but deprecated by Apple.
