[Devel] FT's zlib source files

I've applied an ugly hack to ftgzip.c to make compilation work with
g++ (the array `inflate_mask' must not be declared twice).  Perhaps it
is better to modify the included zlib source files?  I don't know how
big the differences to the original zlib files are (the less the
better IMHO).

Please fix this if you think my patch isn't appropriate.
